Administrative records (1921 - 1988) consists constitutions arranged chronologically (1955-1979), chapter board minutes (1955-1988), individual group minutes and miscellaneous files arranged alphabetically, and membership rosters (1959-1983) arranged alphabetically; Presidential records (1928-1982) are arranged chronologically by the name of the president and common types of material includes annotated agendas, speeches given by the president, correspondence, and a partial journal of a trip to Israel in 1967; Committees/special projects series (1931-1991) is arranged alphabetically by topic, chiefly relating to the annual donor luncheon, and includes committee minutes, correspondence, and publicity related material; Conferences series (1928-1988) is arranged chronologically and alphabetically within years relating to the regional and national conferences, with an emphasis on regional conferences in years where they were held in Cincinnati, Ohio; Young Judaea series (1938-1970) is arranged alphabetically by subject and includes information about conferences, nearprint, and a variety of educational materials used for group meetings; Photographs (1940-1987) mostly undated and unlabeled; and publicity (1933-1988) arranged alphabetically by subject and includes brochures, newsclippings, publications, programs, and the historian's scrapbooks.
